An XO Cognac in the purest "terroirist" conception. Bourgoin Micro Barrique Brut de Fût 1994 is a Cognac from the barrel (53,5%) which has been elaborated in a unique way at Bourgoin. Grown during the 1994 vintage on the Fins Bois terroir. The eaux-de-vie are unblended and bottled without reduction or filtration. No additives are used at any stage of the production process and the cognac is bottled by hand.
