The Courvoisier Napoléon Cour Impériale Cognac bottle was released in the 1980s. Produced between 1970 and 1990, it comes in three main versions:

First version: The term "Cour Impériale" is prominently displayed on the main label, accompanied by a picture of Napoleon. This version specifically states that it is a Grande Champagne Cognac.
Second version: "Courvoisier" is written in large letters on the label, while "Cour Impériale" appears smaller. The picture of Napoleon remains on the main label, but the cru is no longer mentioned.
Third version: "Napoleon" is highlighted in big capital letters, the picture of Napoleon is moved to a separate neck label, and the Imperial Eagle appears on the main label. As with the second version, the cru is not indicated.

These different versions reflect the evolution of the bottle design over this period, with variations in how the name and symbols related to Emperor Napoleon are displayed.
