In 1920, Jacques and Robert Delamain created Delamain Cognac Pale & Dry, which today embodies the house's unique style. It is made exclusively from eaux de vie from Grande Champagne: Cognac's premier cru. Matured in ancient oak casks in the age-old cellars, Pale & Dry is meticulously blended and slowly reduced to 42%, according to the house's savoir-faire.
Everything is done to reveal the purest expression of its noble terroir.

Revisited for its centenary, Pale & Dry remains true to its sensory heritage.
On the nose, it reveals notes of flowers, citrus and vanilla, all accompanied by an exquisite intensity.
On the palate, it's light, fruity and delicate, with inimitable length and elegance.
