It took all the talent of the cellar master to recreate a taste imagined over a century ago. Yann Fillioux consulted the coded records of Emile Fillioux, creator of this blend. He found the vineyards that were the origin of the cognacs used in the Private Reserve of 1873.

"When I taste Private Reserve, I appreciate its elegance on the nose, made of both complexity and subtlety. Its floral and honey notes evoke the assertive style of a great wine. And how can I not be seduced by the silky, persistent and delicate sensation it gives on the palate, where the aromas of flowers, fruits, toasted brioche, delicate notes of oak and the characteristic rancio of old cognacs are mixed."
