Blended from eaux-de-vie sourced exclusively from this terroir, Martell Single Cru Borderies offers a taste experience rich in sweet fruit and subtle flowers. With its soft golden color, this cognac unfolds elegantly on the tongue, offering a sweet fruity essence and a full, deliciously persistent finish.
The deep amber color with golden highlights reflects the richness of this cognac. On the nose, an airy first breath reveals an elegant bouquet of wild flowers, evolving with agitation to reveal rich, candied and dried fruit notes, such as apricot and date. The overall impression is one of captivating fullness and sweetness.
On the palate, after a full, round attack, notes of candied fruit emerge, accompanied by delicate woody notes and refined spices (cinnamon, vanilla bean, nutmeg), creating a sensational harmony. The heavy clay-limestone soils of the Borderies cru give this creation delicate, elegant eaux-de-vie.
