Martell Cordon Bleu is a French cognac recognized internationally. It is known for its rich array of spiced fruit notes. Part of the XO range, this cognac is distinguished by its aromatic complexity and richness, influenced by eaux-de-vie from the Borderies. It features caramelized characteristics along with subtle hints of sweet spices, gingerbread, and roasted cocoa beans.

Visually, it presents a dark golden copper hue.
On the nose, it reveals a complex bouquet of orchard fruits, such as plum and candied apple, harmoniously blended with roasted notes of mocha coffee, grilled almonds, and vetiver.
On the palate, it delivers a round and smooth texture, enhanced by the eaux-de-vie from the Borderies, which add to its complexity. The finish is long, with persistent notes of fruits and spices.

Created in 1912 by Édouard Martell, the great-grandson of the founder, Martell Cordon Bleu takes its name from the blue ribbon, a symbol of distinction. This cognac is marked by its unique flavor, shaped by the influence of eaux-de-vie from the Borderies, and its iconic bottle, which has contributed to its global reputation.
