Peuchet Cognac Reserve de l'Empereur XO is an exceptional cognac aged for at least 10 years in oak barrels, crafted exclusively from grapes grown in Grande Champagne, the most prestigious cru of the appellation. This cognac stands out for its smoothness and harmony, featuring notes of fine wood and a rich rancio. Its bouquet, of remarkable elegance, reveals complex aromas of bergamot, precious wood, quince, daffodil, walnut, candied orange, faded rose, sage, and linden. On the palate, Réserve de l'Empereur offers a clear, silky texture, a testament to its careful aging process.
The Peuchet house, established in 1885 and owned by the Tissandier family for over 30 years, is renowned for its expertise in bottling. It offers a range of Cognacs, Armagnacs, Calvados, and fruit eaux-de-vie, marked by exceptional quality and finesse. Each bottle is hand-sealed with wax, embodying the authenticity and craftsmanship of France’s finest terroirs.
