The eaux de vie are aged for 25 years to obtain a silky, mellow blend.

The color is mahogany.
On the nose, this XO reveals notes of undergrowth and jammy fruit, quince, ripe plum and caramel.
The palate is soft and pastry-like, with a scent of brioche and English candy, enhanced by hints of orange, apricot and nutmeg.
The finish is long, sweet and marked by a slight rancio.
